STEVE INVITES US TO HIS HOME IN GEYSERVILLE

Steve R, one of the organizers of MOA 1-IV has invited us to stop by his home for lunch and to see his auto collection on our way back down highway 101. He has a beautiful home which he designed and built high on a hill in Cloverdale. We look forward to it. Thanks Steve.

  1. I didn't get all the details because I didn't know what date you'd be coming through to Yosemite, but I see it does include a Saturday. In June, the stretch of road from Coulterville to Smith Station & Hwy 120 is going to be dedicated as the John Muir Highway. There will be some sort of caravan for the dedication. Each Saturday throughout June there will be a play about John Muir and food and festivities at Big Creek Meadow Sheep Ranch, at the corner of Smith Station and 120. For the non-locals who may read this, the Sheep Ranch is a few miles east of Groveland, Calif. on Hwy 120. I can't recall whether there will be a caravan each week or not. If you want more info, I'll find you a contact.
